Building B-Schools Symposium. The information below outlines arrangements made for meeting participants.
Meeting Start and End Time
The symposium will begin with registration
on Monday, March 5th at 4:30 p.m.
and end Wednesday, March 7th at 1:00 p.m..
Attire
Suggested dress is business casual.

About the Hotel
Located in the heart of Tampa's Westshore
business district, the Renaissance Tampa Hotel
International Plaza feels like it's a world
away. When visiting this beautiful hotel in
Tampa, you feel as if you're in a Mediterranean
villa, a Spanish square, or even a Cuban plaza.
Hotel Reservations
Each delegate is responsible for making his or
her own hotel reservation. The cost of the
hotel room is not included in the registration
fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations,
etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must
be made directly with the hotel according to the
guidelines below in order to avoid financial
penalty.
A room block is being held at the Renaissance
Tampa for AACSB International symposium
participants. Preferred room rate is 185 USD per
night, single or double occupancy, plus tax.
When making reservations, please ask for the
AACSB Conference block to receive the preferred
room rate.
The Renaissance Tampa must be contacted no later
than February 6. 2012 to receive the
group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are
based on availability and may sell out prior to
the cutoff date.
Location / Ground Transportation Facts
The Tampa International Airport is conveniently
located 1 mile from the Renaissance Tampa
International Hotel. The hotel provides
complimentary airport shuttle service upon
request. Please call the hotel prior to your
arrival to schedule your airport pick-up. A taxi
will cost approximately 10 USD one way.
