Virginia Tech Post-Doctoral Bridge to Business Program

Program Overview
Virginia Tech’s Post-Doctoral Bridge to Business program prepares non-business doctorates for academically qualified business school faculty positions in the areas of marketing, management, and finance. The program leverages participants’ education and experience to promote opportunities for interdisciplinary research with faculty who have received doctorates in business-related fields. Upon program completion, graduates become qualified to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in marketing, management, or finance and initiate research at AACSB-accredited business schools for a period of five years.
