About the Hotel
Each delegate is responsible for making his or
her own hotel reservation. The cost of the
hotel room is not included in the registration
fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations,
etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must
be made directly with the hotel according to the
guidelines below in order to avoid financial
penalty. A room block is being held at the
Swissotel Lima for AACSB–CLADEA Conference
participants. Preferred room rate is 200 USD
single/double per night plus applicable taxes.
When making reservations, please ask for the
AACSB room block to receive the preferred room
rate.
The Swissotel Lima must be contacted
no later than
May 28, 2010 to receive the group
discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on
availability and may sell out prior to the
cutoff date.
Location / Ground Transportation Facts
The hotel is located only 7 miles from the
Jorge Chavez International Airport. The taxi
will ride will take approximately 25 minutes.
Swissotel Lima provides 24 hour airport
transport service. Please call the hotel in
advance of your arrival to schedule your airport
transfer.
